Lend-Grow is an online loan marketplace that connects borrowers with local lenders. Local lenders do not spend millions of dollars on flashy technology or advertising, so they can pass on these savings to their customers through Lend-Grow. Relationship-based banking is core to how local lenders operate and build long-lasting relationships with their customers––you are not just a number to them.
We want to create a big tent for connecting borrowers with the 1,100+ lenders that are not currently well-represented online. We believe that this approach benefits the borrower by giving access to better deals and benefits the lender by giving them access to more customers, leveling the playing field. This way, customers get the best possible rate while lenders gain customers in their footprint that would have otherwise gone to larger banks and fintechs.

Nish has managed lending businesses at both large (Capital One, E*Trade) and mid-sized banks (M&T Bank, PenFed Credit Union)over past ten years. Prior to Lend-Grow, Nish established the Personal and Student Loan business at PenFed Credit Union. Nish grew the business to $1.2 billion in loan balances. Nish received his MBA from Darden Business School.

Fred has over 25 years of experience managing credit and enterprise risk at multiple institutions including Capital One, Pentagon Federal Credit Union, National Cooperative Bank, and Susquehanna Bank. Prior to Lend-Grow, Fred was Chief Credit Officer at Pentagon Federal Credit Union and Access National Bank, Director for Regulatory Relations at Capital One, and a National Bank Examiner for the OCC.
Fred is passionate about increasing participation of local lenders in our communities who he believes provide better value to borrowers. Fred felt that local lenders were increasingly getting left behind in online lending. Fred felt that the needs of mid-sized lenders were not adequately served by current online marketplaces that lack data and insights that lenders need to compete effectively.

Satnam Gandhi has over 20 years of experience in leading in technology roles at both large organizations and startups. Satnam was the CTO at PageScience an AdTech startup that he led from the seed stage to its successful acquisition by a larger, established firm. Satnam has led in technology leadership roles at IBM, Accenture, and Code Nast. He is the graduate of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology.

Harris has spent past nine years in Marketing leadership roles at financial services, healthcare, and startups. Harris managed organic growth channel (SEO and Content) for Capital One cards business and grew visitors 1.5x from 9M DAU to 12M DAU. Harris actively advises startups on organic growth, his online blog on performance marketing gets 1M annual visitors.
Harris believes the most successful products solve core unmet needs. By combining technology and consumer psychology, Harris developed a passion for creating valuable, enjoyable experiences that solve real problems for people and enable growth at scale. To him, Lend-Grow represents all of these and more.
